Don’t You Believe It!

If you listen to the hype in Lake County they will tell you “Eric Sera has no name recognition, no chance at winning, so we should compromise our beliefs and values and go the lesser evil route with the establishment”.

I say Bull!

In actuality the Lake County Recorder’s race is wide open, and I’m pulling away and gaining more momentum everyday!

When I made my first public campaign appearance at Club Ki-Yowga in East Chicago back in February. One elected official gave me stink eye when I said I was running for change and to fight corruption.

The established party leaders are split between establishment candidates in the Recorder’s race. They want to keep the status-quo, but none of their picks are standing out, except for this scandal-free new Cause-Driven Leader and Cancer Survivor (me).

They don’t want an outsider in office, they don’t want your voice represented. They don’t like that I’ve turned down PAC money opportunities, they don’t like that I won’t pay for endorsements. They don’t like that I’m not spending a fortune (that I don’t have) on my campaign. They don’t like that I suspended campaign donations and started fundraising for Feeding America in our time of need. They don’t like that I can’t be bought!

Covid-19 has exposed what is wrong with government at all levels and within both parties. The public has become more engaged and ready for REAL change. I’m that change!

The establishment is well aware of this and they are running scared. If one regular Joe like me gets elected, then other regular working class folks will do the same. That gives the power to the people. That means we may actually get stuff done! We are the majority not them!

Don’t let them fool you! I wouldn’t waste my time if I didn’t think I could win. I sure as hell wouldn’t waste the time of my hard working supporters.

Vote with your heart and head. Don’t let their mind games get to you. You are better than that. You are smarter than that! You are stronger than that!
